PRODUCE MORE THAN 8 VIDEOS PER MONTH?
If you produce more than 8 videos per month, this is the plan for you!  It is our UNLIMITED PROGRAM which allows complete and full unlimited use of our music for as many videos as you wish!  This includes DVD & other physical products.  Any media format as background sync music to your production.  Additionally, we offer custom song options based on your specific needs.  You also have direct phone, email & skype access to us with immediate response and assistance for anything such as song suggestions for a specific project, custom mixes based on specific needs, custom bpm format, song editing, voice work and more!

License agreement: The subscription allows you to use our music by following our standard license rules (Read the License). While the downloads are available during your subscription term, the licenses for the downloaded tracks are valid forever.

*ACCESS TO CATALOG / DOWNLOADS

All songs & mixes in our complete catalog (listed & unlisted) are hosted via dropbox.  Once you’ve paid for your subscription plan, we will generate a new user dropbox account (allow up to 24hrs weekends excluded) for you with unique user & password access.  As a subscriber, you will be given a user account to our dropbox catalog where you’ll have immediate access to everything within that catalog including new songs added.  You do not have to have a dropbox account to gain access to the music as we provide you with your own unique account access (click here for benefits of a dropbox account).  If you decide to get your own dropbox account, please use “info@fitbeatmusic.com” as the referrer (helps to get us bonus storage space for more music!).

** AUDIO MANIPULATING RIGHTS

You are free to edit, re-arrange & reformat the audio as you see fit to work within your media production, however, you are not allowed to extend a song beyond 6 minutes in total length (unless song is greater than 6 minutes, in that case, can not be extended beyond it’s original length).  You are free to shorten as needed.

***MONTH TO MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

With our “month to month” subscription plans, you are under no term contract, however, a 30 day written notice to cancel is required (via email).  Upon receiving written cancelation notice, you will be liable for one final month of subscription service before your subscription is cancelled.

**** ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

There are no refunds on annual subscription plans.  You pay the full amount in advance (for 10 months) and get a full 12 months of service.  Upon conclusion of your annual subscription, your account will auto renew unless written notice of cancellation is received (via email) within 30 days of your final month of service.
